Megha started in finance — McKinsey, then private equity, then a decade leading impact investing across India, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. Along the way, she found something equally compelling: the rooms where people gathered, the events where ideas crossed, the moments where someone stood up and said something that changed the temperature.
She has spent the last nine years training in the craft of communication through Toastmasters International — earning Presentation Mastery Pathway Level 5, leading her home club Empower Toastmasters to top-three status in Thailand, mentoring speakers across five clubs as Area Director, and in 2025, winning the District 97 International Speech Championship.
Today she works with individuals, teams, and cohorts on the moments that matter most: the keynote you've been dreading, the pitch you can't afford to flub, the panel you're about to moderate, the meeting you have to lead.
